 A collection of the best
loved evergeen grasses, all belonging to the carex genus. With colours of rich
brown, olive, orange to pastel green, these tough plants tolerate full sun to
part shade. Although usually from moist habitats, they are drought tolerant once
established and therefore low maintenance.
Ideal for the garden as
specimens, arranged in groups or to create height in hanging baskets and containers.
Includes 'Red Rooster'
with its AGM for its wonderful rich copper bronze leaves which contrast
stunningly with the brightly coloured flowers of heleniums and coreopsis.
