Terms

1. All mail order prices include VAT.

2. All plants are in pots - not plugs. You can be confident of receiving a good size, 'ready for the garden' plant.

3. Once we receive your cheque/card payment we will contact you immediately and confirm date of expected delivery. Orders received on Monday are sent out the same week by 24 hr delivery.

4. Please unpack the plants from the box immediately and water if necessary. In the unlikely event of a complaint, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the plants.
